I never set out to write a book.
This all started from necessity.
For more than 30 years I lived on planes, in hotels, and across constantly changing time zones while building businesses on multiple continents. I needed to stay strong, clear, and energised no matter how demanding the schedule or how intense the pressure became. Collapsing after long flights or slowly accepting "getting older" was never an option for me.
When I was in my 20s, young and highly motivated, I could skip nights and still perform like nothing happened. That was me when I started my first business from a little room in my grandmother's house. I wished I would never get tired. I can't promise that to you either. As we grow older, a slow decline is natural — but only if you don't give your body what it truly needs.
The daily maintenance of just a few minutes is capable of keeping you strong, healthy, energised, and clear-minded for practically a lifetime. I lived it. And so can you.
That system is The Body Armour.
Today, at 55, I still hear from old friends, "Hey Will, you do not wanna age at all. What's the secret sauce?" I look youthful and energised, and I feel much younger than my calendar age — not because of genetics alone, but because I forged a practical owner's manual for the only body I will ever own.
My wife, at 45, looks and feels like she's in her mid-20s — living proof the system works for both men and women.
The Body Armour is not theory.
It was born in airplanes, factories, boardrooms, and mountain villages. It was tested under real pressure, across cultures and time zones. It is simple enough to fit into any day, yet powerful enough to last a lifetime.
